Orange Cloud and joined brands have sent employees to work from home since the beginning of March. The treat of the epidemic was clear at that time so we took appropriate measures and applied the emergency procedures to initiate remote work. We have had the procedure for remote work since the very start of our small business operation and, unfortunately, now we had the opportunity to use it.
Communication with our employees, under the emergency remote work, is continued via google meet and zoom (added since the zoom became a relevant tool for video conferencing).
Managers and team leaders are managing our teams on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through a series of meetings that are set to strengthen the team's unity and focus. Our teams are working on a large network of servers and it is paramount to maintain close communication between each member of every team.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will enforce the mindset "safety with no compromises" thus, we'll be keeping the open office policy even after the COVID-19 danger.
